Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7 working days of receiving them. Once your order is packed and ready to go, we’ll send it out using one of our trusted delivery partners: Evri, DPD, or Royal Mail.

The courier used may vary depending on your location, the size of the parcel, and the service best suited to your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

• Please allow up to 10 working days from the date you place your order before contacting us.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable), so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

Delays

We do our best to ensure all orders arrive on time, but please be aware that delays may occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, strikes, or bad weather). If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
